Naples & SW Florida Realtor Referrals

I appreciate the opportunity to assist your clients & friends with their real estate needs here in Naples & SW Florida.

I pay a 25% referral fee on the first deal we do together, 30% on the second and 35% for each subsequent deal.

Once I confirm the referral in writing and the sale/purchase is closed, I (through my broker) agree to send the referral fee to you (through your broker) based on the gross commission. You will be kept informed as to the status of the transaction and details of the transaction will be enclosed with the check.
