Naples Park is a traditional neighborhood of single family and duplex homes with streets on north-south and east-west grid. Historically, Naples Park was a working class community and initial building began in the 50's, but most homes were built in the 70's and 80's on lots that are 50 feet wide and 135 feet deep, though some are larger. In recent years as home prices in Naples have risen, the great location of Naples Park has been attracting the more affluent who have purchased older homes as tear downs (for the value of the land) and built larger modern homes. As you drive through the neighborhood you also will see many homes being renovated.
Naples Park has and Naples Park real estate provides a myriad of housing options and the community is also home to a mixture of families, professionals, retirees and seasonal residents.
